How to repair a pool without draining it

SeaSnake is a one-part hybrid that goes on and bonds underwater.

What you'll need

  • BoaBond SeaSnake 10 oz cartridge
  • Caulking gun
  • Stiff nylon brush
  • Utility knife
  • Gloves

Step by step

A general sequence. Always follow the product TDS for working time, cure and temperature limits.

01

Find and clean the repair

Brush off loose plaster, scale and growth underwater. The surface has to be free of loose contaminants.

02

Cut the nozzle

Cut the tip to match the crack or gap you're filling.

03

Apply underwater

Push a continuous bead into the crack or onto the part, working the adhesive into the surface.

04

Press and tool

Press parts or tiles into place and smooth the bead with a gloved finger.

05

Let it cure

Leave the repair undisturbed. [NEEDS TDS] Confirm the underwater cure time before swimming.
