Straight answers
Do I have to drain the pool?
No. SeaSnake is made to be applied and to bond underwater, so the repair goes on with the water in.
Do surfaces need prep?
Brush off loose material, scale and growth first. The TDS says the surface should be free of loose contaminants.
How long before the pool can be used?
[NEEDS TDS] Confirm the underwater cure time with the TDS before you publish this.
Not sure it's the right one?
Tell us the substrate, the environment and the load. We'll send back the product and its TDS.
